Contributions and Fund Raising. The Academy may solicit and receive contributions and donations as permitted by law. No solicitation shall indicate that a contribution to the Academy is for the benefit of the University. The University shall not be required to receive any contributions or donations for the benefit of the Academy. If the University receives contributions or donations for the benefit of the Academy, it shall forward such funds to the Academy within three (3) business days of receipt.
