Common use of Contribution Schedule Clause in Contracts

Contribution Schedule. A. In consideration for the right to sponsor the Program and to be acknowledged by NAMM as a sponsor of the Program during the term of this Agreement, Sponsor agrees to make cash contributions to NAMM in the amounts set forth on the Application, to be paid pursuant to the payment schedule set forth on the Application. Further, Sponsor will work with NAMM to identify and provide in-kind products, services and/or facilities to NAMM, NAMM’s members, and/or in connection with NAMM activities.
