Contribution Details a. ASEAN Secretariat will cover travel and Per Diem and costs related to the participation of its officials in meetings, workshops and other events as part of the normal functioning of the public services. b. ASEAN Secretariat will cover all salaries and all operational costs related to the participation of its staff in the Project, provide appropriate office facilities, including furniture, electricity and communication lines (including access to the Internet) free of charge for International and ASEAN experts as well as security. c. ASEAN Secretariat will cover any Project-related operating costs not included in the EC contribution. d. Where EC and the ASEAN Secretariat are both providing financial contributions to the same category of activity, the specific actions to be covered by each party will be clearly identified in the Annual Work plan and Budget concerned. e. The ASEAN Secretariat will be responsible for facilitating constructive and effective co- operation of the concerned Ministries and other public authorities in ASEAN Member Countries.
