Contribution Debt. Accrual of interest or dividends, the accretion of accreted value, the accretion or amortization of original issue discount and the payment of interest or dividends in the form of additional Debt of the same class will not be deemed to be an Incurrence of Debt for purposes of this Section 4.06.
