Contribution Adjustments. A. If a teacher does not provide professional services for the full work year, premiums shall terminate at the end of the calendar month in which the teacher’s professional services ended.
Contribution Adjustments. The Unsupported Capital Contribution amount and the associated ITCC Tax amount paid by Transferor under this Agreement shall be subject to refund to Transferor, without interest during the term of this Agreement, as follows:
Contribution Adjustments. Transfers, advances, and associated ITCC for new extensions served directly from the System may be subject to refund to Transferor, without interest, based upon principles set forth in Utility’s Line Extension Rules.
