Contribution Adjustments Sample Clauses

The Contribution Adjustments clause defines how the parties' financial contributions to a project or agreement may be recalculated or modified under certain circumstances. Typically, this clause outlines the conditions that trigger an adjustment, such as changes in project scope, unforeseen expenses, or discrepancies in initial estimates, and specifies the process for determining the revised contributions. Its core practical function is to ensure fairness and flexibility by allowing the parties to realign their financial responsibilities in response to changing circumstances, thereby preventing disputes and maintaining the project's financial balance.
