Common use of Contributed Data Clause in Contracts

Contributed Data. Partner represents and warrants to the BloodPAC that Partner has obtained all necessary consents and waivers, and that no consent, waiver, permission, or rights of any other person or entity are necessary to transmit to the BloodPAC, or for the BloodPAC to receive, store, use and provide Authorized Users with access to, any Contributed Data.
