Common use of Contributed Data Clause in Contracts

Contributed Data. 2.3.1. Without the prior written consent of the BloodPAC, Partner will not provide to the BloodPAC any Restricted Data. 2.3.2. Partner shall be solely responsible for obtaining all necessary consents and otherwise complying with all Applicable Laws and other restrictions: (i) to transmit any Contributed Data to the BloodPAC; (ii) to permit the BloodPAC to store such Contributed Data as part of the Platform; (iii) to permit the BloodPAC to provide Authorized Users access to such Contributed Data; and (iv) to permit the BloodPAC to perform its obligations pursuant to this Agreement.
