Common use of Contrary Representations Clause in Contracts

Contrary Representations. The Licensee knows of no representations by the Licensor or its Affiliates about the business contemplated by this Agreement which contradict the terms of this Agreement. The Licensee has not relied on any representations from the Licensor or its Affiliates about the business contemplated by this Agreement which contradict the terms of this Agreement or the disclosures set forth in the Franchise Offering Circular delivered to the Licensee in connection with the issuance of this Agreement.
