News and promotion provisions in existence in the Local CBA as of the date of this Agreement that are more restrictive than the provisions of this Agreement with regard to minutes of capture and use are presumed to be superseded by the terms of this Agreement unless and until the parties to that Local CBA mutually agree to more restrictive terms, subsequent to the effective date of this Agreement.
