Contractual protections. At CSSI we include express confidentiality provisions within each employee’s contract of employment, to help ensure that sensitive commercial information is adequately protected (particularly post-termination). Such provisions specify: i. what information is to be considered confidential; ii. the disclosure of such information is forbidden (unless CSSI provides its prior written consent); and iii. Confirming that CSSI will be entitled to seek damages or injunctive relief if the employee discloses it.
