Resupply Sample Clauses
The Resupply clause defines the obligations of a supplier to provide replacement goods or services if the original delivery is defective, incomplete, or otherwise fails to meet contractual standards. In practice, this clause typically requires the supplier to promptly deliver new or corrected items at no additional cost to the buyer, often within a specified timeframe. Its core function is to ensure that the buyer receives the agreed-upon quality and quantity, thereby protecting the buyer from losses due to inadequate supply and maintaining the reliability of the supply chain.
