Contractual Fee Sample Clauses

A Contractual Fee clause defines the specific fees or charges that one party must pay to another under the terms of the contract. This clause typically outlines the amount, payment schedule, and any conditions or triggers for payment, such as milestones reached or services rendered. For example, it may specify a flat fee for a project or recurring payments for ongoing services. The core function of this clause is to ensure both parties have a clear understanding of the financial obligations involved, thereby reducing the risk of disputes over payment terms.
