Common use of Contractual Arrangements Clause in Contracts

Contractual Arrangements. (a) Effective as of the Distribution Date, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Energizer shall enter into a tax sharing agreement, substantially in the form attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A ("Tax Sharing Agreement"). (b) Effective as of the Distribution Date, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Energizer shall enter into a bridging services agreement, substantially in the form attached to this Agreement as Exhibit B ("Bridging Services Agreement"). (c) Effective as of the Distribution Date, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Energizer shall enter into an intellectual property agreement, substantially in the form attached to this Agreement as Exhibit C ("IP Agreement"). (d) Effective as of the Distribution Date, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Energizer shall enter into an Aircraft Agreement, substantially in the form attached to this Agreement as Exhibit D.
