Contractor’s Supervision. The Contractor shall give or provide all necessary superintendence during the work, and the Construction Manager or its deputy shall be constantly on the Site to provide full-time superintendence of the work. The Contractor shall provide and employ only technical personnel who are skilled and experienced in their respective callings and supervisory staff who are competent to adequately supervise the work at hand.
