Common use of Contractor’s Records Clause in Contracts

Contractor’s Records. The CONTRACTOR shall keep an accurate record of time expended by CONTRACTOR in the performance of this CONTRACT. Such record shall be available for periodic inspection by the COUNTY at reasonable times. Such records will be retained for five (5) years after the expiration or termination of this CONTRACT.
