Contractor’s Insurance Must Be Primary. Contractor’s insurance policies, with respect to any claims related to this Master Agreement, must be primary with respect to all other sources of coverage available to Contractor. Any County maintained insurance or self-insurance coverage must be in excess of and not contribute to any Contractor coverage.
