Common use of Contractor Warranty Clause in Contracts

Contractor Warranty. The Contractor warrants that it has the right to grant to the Principal the licence under clause 17.1(b); and that it has the right to assign all Contract IP to the Principal in accordance with clause 17.2.

Contractor Warranty. The Contractor warrants that it has the right to grant to the Principal the licence under clause 17.1(b)21.121.1; and that it has the right to assign all Contract IP to the Principal in accordance with clause 17.221.2.
