Common use of Contractor to keep records Clause in Contracts

Contractor to keep records. (a) The Contractor must establish and maintain true, up to date and complete records relating to all aspects of the provision of the Services and compliance with the Contractor's Obligations including: (i) the ownership, operation and maintenance of Contractor Resources; (ii) its performance against the Service Requirements and KPIs, as required by the Principal; (iii) all its Intellectual Property Rights; (iv) its collection, handling and use of Confidential Information; (v) any information relating to the Facility or a Prisoner as the Principal may require to be recorded; (vi) any other records required to be kept as specified under any other clause of this Contract. (b) The records referred to under subclause (a) must: (i) incorporate the detail; and (ii) meet the standards, reasonably required by the Principal, as notified to the Contractor from time to time.

Contractor to keep records. (a) ‌ 30.1.1 The Contractor must establish and maintain true, up to date and complete records relating to all aspects of the provision of the Services and compliance with the Contractor's ’s Obligations including: (ia) the ownership, operation and maintenance of Contractor Resources; (iib) its performance against the Service Requirements Requirements, Specified Events and KPIs, KPIs as required by the Principal; (iiic) all its Intellectual Property Rights; (ivd) its collection, handling and use of Confidential Information; (ve) any information relating to the Facility Service Sites or a Prisoner Person in Custody as the Principal may require to be recorded;; and (vif) any other records required to be kept as specified under any other clause of this Contract. (b) 30.1.2 The records referred to under subclause (a) in clause 30.1.1 must: (ia) incorporate the detail; and (iib) meet the standards, reasonably required by the Principal, as notified to the Contractor from time to time.

(b) The records referred to under subclause (a) must: (i) incorporate the detail; and (ii) meet the standards, reasonably required by the PrincipalState, as notified to the Contractor from time to time.
