Contractor Resources Register. The Contractor must maintain an up to date and accurate register of Contractor Resources (Contractor Resources Register) listing and identifying each item of the Contractor Resources (save for Consumables and Canteen Goods) used in the performance of the Services. Each item of the Contractor Resources must be marked with its unique identifying number, which must also be shown in the Contractor Resources Register.‌ The State is entitled to inspect any Contractor Resources and review the Contractor Resources Register at any time without prior notification to the Contractor.
Contractor Resources Register. (a) Within 3 months of the Commencement Date, or the Extended Commencement Date as the case may be, the Contractor must provide to the State a register of Contractor Resources, excluding the Contractor Consumables (Contractor Resources Register), listing and identifying each item of the Contractor Resources excluding the Contractor Consumables, that are to be used in the performance of the Contractor Services and indicating the item’s ownership. Each item of the Contractor Resources must be marked with its unique identifying number, which must also be shown in the Contractor Resources Register. (b) The Contractor Resources Register must: (i) identify each item of the Contractor Resources that has been purchased and the cost of that item (which cost must not include any amount for Contractor overhead or profit); and (ii) unless otherwise agreed, contain a total item cost of no more than $1.45 million. (c) Subject to ordinary wear and tear, the Contractor must maintain Contractor Resources in good repair and condition throughout the Operation Period and any Further Period. (d) The Contractor must maintain the Contractor Resources Register and update it as necessary. (e) The State is entitled to inspect any Contractor Resources and review the Contractor Resources Register at any time without prior notification to the Contractor.
