Common use of Contractor Reports Clause in Contracts

Contractor Reports. CONTRACTOR shall submit reports 19 through the Consolidated Utility Billing System for daily collection data and processing 20 data as described in Exhibit 10. CONTRACTOR shall submit to the City 21 Representative daily, monthly, quarterly and annual reports containing the information, 22 in the format, and at the times described in Exhibit 10.
