Contractor Qualification Tests. The Offeror shall provide a detailed description of the approach, methodology, and schedules to perform required qualification testing of hardware and software. The Offeror shall describe their use of models, simulation, and emulators to support Qualification including Validation, Verification, and Accreditation and (VV&A) of models used in the design and qualification of structures or components. The Offeror shall describe hardware quantities and software maturity for each test. The Offeror shall describe the verification method and processes used to verify requirements compliance with the System Specification. The Offeror shall identify any test limitation that may impact their ability to demonstrate or verify compliance to the System Specification. The Offeror shall identify any required Government Furnished Equipment, facilities, and ranges required for testing. The Offeror shall identify test equipment spares requirements, test methodology, instrumentation requirements, and data collection requirements necessary to verify achievement of the requirements.
