Contractor Program Management Report. As Required Report – This report is submitted as a part of the Contractor’s technical proposal and updated during Contractor phase-in. Thereafter, the report is updated as required when there are changes to organization or key personnel. The report provides the Contractor’s internal organization structure for the Contractor’s Program Management Office (PMO) and annotates the PMO organization structure with a list of key management and administrative Contractor employees and their appropriate contact informationmailing address, phone number, fax number, and email address. The Contractor shall update the program management report as required detailing current and projected internal Contractor infrastructure changes – e.g. changes in key management personnel and realignment of responsibilities within Contractor’s organization in support of this contract.
