Contractor Notices. Contractor shall notify the Lead State, Participating States, Participating Entities and all Purchasing Entities of any recall notices, warranty replacements, safety notices, or any applicable notice regarding the Products being sold. This notice must be received in writing (via postal mail or email) within thirty (30) calendar days of Contractor learning of such issues.
Contractor Notices. The Contractor shall give notices and comply with applicable laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, and lawful orders of public authorities bearing on the safety of persons or property or their protection from damage, injury, or loss.
