Contractor List. Within ninety (90) days following the Execution Date, Seller shall deliver to Buyer a list of key contractors who provide material services to the Company Group and have an ongoing and recurring relationship with Company Group. The Buyer and Seller shall work cooperatively to develop the additional parameters for disclosure of key contractors following the Execution Date.
