Contractor Liabilities. The Contractor shall be fully responsible for all tax obligations, worker’s compensation insurance and all other applicable obligations which arise under this Agreement, for the Property, Housing Units, itself and its employees, and neither Administrator nor AHCCCSDHS shall have any responsibility for any such taxes or insurance coverage.
Contractor Liabilities. Contractor understands and agrees that Contractor is liable for any damages resulting from Contractor’s errors or omissions, and agrees to indemnify and hold ULS harmless from any liabilities for damages arising from such errors or omissions.
