Common use of Contractor Intellectual Property Clause in Contracts

Contractor Intellectual Property. To the extent that any portion of the Work Product is Contractor Intellectual Property or to the extent any Contractor Intellectual Property is necessary for OSU to reasonably enjoy and use Work Product, the Contractor hereby grants to OSU an irrevocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual, royalty-free license to use Contractor Intellectual Property to the extent necessary to obtain the full benefit of the Work Product, including the right of OSU to authorize contractors, consultants, and others to do the same on OSU’s behalf.
