Common use of Contractor Fees Clause in Contracts

Contractor Fees. 6.01 Subject to the following subsections, in consideration of Services performed to the satisfaction of Manitoba Housing, Manitoba Housing shall pay the Contractor in accordance with the fees set out in Part A – Bid Form in $ Canadian funds. 6.02 Manitoba Housing shall endeavor to pay the Contractor fees invoices for Manitoba Housing approved services net 30 upon completion. 6.03 The fees payable under this Agreement for Services shall not exceed the fees quoted in the Contractor’s Bid.
