Contractor Fees. 4.1 In connection with the "Private-Label Contractor Matching Services" (as defined on Exhibit A) to be provided by ImproveNet for and on behalf of OC (e.g., DIF-me or other co-branded services), ImproveNet shall charge participating OC Preferred Contractors the fees set forth on Exhibit C attached hereto ("OC Contractor Fees"). The parties acknowledge and agree that OC Contractor Fees are to be charged to OC Preferred Contractors only in connection with leads and jobs that are generated by OC, whether through OC's DIF-me program or otherwise ("OC-Generated Job"). With respect to any other lead or job (i.e., other than an OC-Generated Job) that is provided by ImproveNet to an OC Preferred Contractor, ImproveNet's standard fees and rates shall apply.

Contractor Fees. In consideration of performance of the Services, the Zoo shall pay Contractor a fee of [insert amount] per [insert hour, day, month]. Payments will be made upon receipt of properly completed and authenticated invoices as provided in Paragraph 3 below. Total compensation for full performance of the Services shall not exceed $[insert total dollar amount of contract] regardless of the actual expenditures of time or money made by Contractor in performing the Services. If the Zoo requests additional services not contemplated or described herein, Contractor shall inform the Zoo of the cost to complete such services and receive written direction thereafter from the Zoo to complete such services in order to receive compensation therefor.
Contractor Fees. 6.2 Contractors enrolled on Pūmanawa Mahi operate as independent contractors and are independent from Pūmanawa Mahi. RWT will be deducted from Contractors if required. A Contractor is not entitled to holiday pay or other employee entitlements. In the event of a Contractor moving to an executive lease scenario, the independent contractor would be employed by Pūmanawa Mahi to complete the services required under the executive lease – this would be negotiated if appropriate. For longer projects (greater than one month), Contractors are remunerated on a monthly basis. For shorter projects (less than one month), payment is made to Contractors upon the completion of the work and billing cycle.
Contractor Fees. This is a firm fixed price contract. The Contractor will be compensated for services in accordance with the firm fixed unit prices set forth on Attachment A Bid Form. These unit prices shall be the contractor’s sole compensation for work performed and as such include adequate amounts to cover the Contractor’s labor, field equipment, overhead, insurance and profit.
