  • Engineering Services Definition: Engineering Services includes any service or creative work, the adequate performance of which requires education, training and experience in the application of special knowledge in consulting, investigating, evaluating, planning and designing, engineering principles. Engineering Services covered by the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Architect-Engineers Act (40 U.S.C. 1102) are not covered in the primary scope of OASIS SB.   • Contractor Services Emerald has contracted, on an exclusive basis, with official contractors to provide certain services for the Event. Service companies other than the official contractors will not be allowed to perform any of these exclusive services. Non-exclusive services may be performed by exhibitor-appointed contractors (“EACs”) within certain guidelines. Please refer to the Exhibitor Service Manual for a listing of exclusive services and EAC guidelines.

  • Training Services All training services, including any Deliverables, are provided for Customer’s internal training purposes only. Customer may not replicate the Deliverables or use the Deliverables to develop any of the products described in such training Deliverables. Training Deliverables are not subject to any maintenance, support, or updates.

  • TESTING SERVICES DESCRIPTION This Exhibit contains additional terms and conditions applicable to testing services for digestive disorders (the “Testing Services”) that you may have purchased. The additional terms and conditions in this Exhibit only apply to the services described in this Exhibit.

  • Contractor Project Manager The Contractor Project Manager shall serve, from the Effective Date, as the Contractor project manager and primary Contractor representative under this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall (i) have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the performance of Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement, including the performance of all Subcontractors; and (ii) be authorized to act for and bind Contractor and Subcontractors in connection with all aspects of this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall respond promptly and fully to all inquiries from the JBE Project Manager.
