Contractor Commitment. As Company receives work requests from the CustomerFor a relatively small firm we have stringent hiring requirements for all our consultants. First, it is critical that they have sufficient career experience to provide senior project leadership to our clients. In addition, they must contain one of three crucial certifications: PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Change Management. Typically, our employees have more than one. We also conduct a series of screening interviews to do our best at determining their fit with our organizational culture. Lastly, we will evaluate current employee base for similar skills and domain knowledge. If we cannot locate an employee to start typically staff them on the date specified in the work request, then we will evaluate our internal database of over 40,000 profiles which would yield results. Once the candidate(s) are identified, Recruiting Manager and Subject Matter expert will screen this candidate(s) a project on a contract basis to determine if he/she will fit their delivery of services meets our stringent standards. Once a candidate has navigated the role gauntlet, they are offered the opportunity to join us as a staff member. We use a very similar recruiting standard for our 1099 contractors. The notable exception being that they opt not to become an employee. In this instance we maintain them in an inventory of vetted contractors and will maintain knowledge of their availability. These two populations provide us with the ability to be responsive to the needs of our client, providing high-caliber personnel in a relatively short period of time. Though we do not calculate turnover, our current employees have a tenure of between three and twelve years. Similarly, we have been working with most of our 1099 consultants for more than three years. We actively manage our customer relationships in three ways: Our consultants specifically engage with their client leaders to get real-time feedback regarding their on-the-job performance. The focus is on how their actions and outcomes are meeting expectations. This feedback is then used to sustain consultant actions deemed successful to the client and to attempt to improve things that the client has cited as ways to improve. Similarly, our company managers oversee our engagements and are always available to get our client’s feedback on our consultant’s performance. In addition, they be able periodically reach out to fulfill the responsibilitiesour clients in a more formal way to gain performance feedback. Based on the response client provided feedback, they advise the consultant of what was learned and as per the guidelines in customer work requestdevelop appropriate reactions. Lastly, either one or two responses will be formulated by the account manager and submitted to the customer. The account manager will follow up with the customer on response status and follow through with the interview schedule if the customer is interested in screening the candidate(s). If this candidate is selected, the account manager will follow through with accounting and administrative staff at Company to complete the contract paperwork. Company pays the highest salaries possible. We we maintain a very low overhead formal, survey-based, system for soliciting client feedback. This system quantifies client satisfaction among common themes across all our consulting projects. This feedback provides us the opportunity to identify systemic issues that may need to be improved and we pass on most to see performance trends of the client bill rate to the employees who are doing the work. In most cases, our consultants know the exact margin on across their placement and they know if an increase is paid by the client, it will be passed on to them directly in their pay rateassignments.
