CONTRACTOR CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS. As soon as possible, however no longer than 18 months after the Commencement Date, the Contractor must ensure:
(a) it is certified under Quality Management Systems – Requirements and the scope of its certification covers the provision of all of the Services and performance of all of the Contractor’s Obligations; and
(b) Services are provided and Contractor’s Obligations are performed in compliance with the Quality Management System.
