Contractor Certification Clauses. Contractor certifies to the JBEs that the following representations and warranties, which apply to this Agreement and each Purchase Order, are true. Contractor shall cause its representations and warranties to remain true during the entirety of the Term. Contractor shall promptly notify the JBEs if any representation and warranty becomes untrue.
