Contractor Autonomy. Contractor acknowledges that County is not responsible for supervising or performing contract services. Contractor has full freedom, discretion and responsibility to solely determine the manner of providing contract services.
Contractor Autonomy. The College and its agents and representatives shall not have any right to control or direct the details, manner or means by which Contractor executes Contractor’s obligations and responsibilities under this Agreement. Contractor shall have the right to provide additional services to any other person. Subject to the prior approval by the College, Contractor shall have the right to hire employees and assistants so long as Contractor makes certain that work performed by others is done properly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The College does not assume any responsibility for the terms of any arrangements between Contractor and any of Contractor’s employees or assistants and any such employees and assistants will be employed solely by Contractor. No Right to Assign. Although Contractor shall have the right to retain assistants of Contractor’s own choosing and as Contractor deems appropriate, Contractor may not assign this Agreement without prior approval of the College.
