Contractor Attestation Regarding Payment Information. 5.3.1 Contractor will be required to attest to the following facts prior to submission of payment applications, invoices, and PARs: (1) that Contractor has received all invoices from subcontractors and/or suppliers for the current payment period; (2) that Contractor will pay subcontractors and/or suppliers within ten (10) business days of receiving payment from ▇▇▇▇▇▇ County; (3) that Contractor’s Progress Assessment Report (“PAR”) for the specified audit period, as well as the date of payment provided with her/his payment application to the County department for the project, are complete and accurate; (4) that Contractor understands, acknowledges and agrees that misrepresentation of payment information will be considered a breach of contractual obligations and that ▇▇▇▇▇▇ County may exercise all rights and remedies, at law or in equity, in response to such breach.
