Contracting Practices. Where it may be practicable for any of the work required by this Agreement to be contracted to other suppliers, Contractors are encouraged to offer such business to small, women, and/or minority-owned (SWAM) businesses certified by Virginia Department of Minority Business Enterprises If SWAM contractors are used, Contractors agrees to report the use of SWAM contractors by providing the Department at a minimum the following information: name of firm, phone number, total dollar amount subcontracted, category type (small, women, or minority-owned), and type of product/service provided. ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇/
