Common use of Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR Clause in Contracts

Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR. n Employee of the U.S. Government provided by requiring activities and appointed by the Contracting Officer to provide support to CORs in monitoring and documenting the contractor’s performance. These alternate surveillance support personnel may serve as on-site representatives of the COR in performance of actual contract surveillance, if they meet all COR training and experience requirements and are appointed by the contracting officer as Alternate CORs (ACOR).
