CONTRACT WITH CONTRACTOR. The Division hereby agrees to contract with the Contractor and the Contractor hereby agrees to perform the services under this agreement in accordance with CWEF/Division/applicable regulations to the establishing of programs and activities. All exhibits or regulations referred to in this contract or attached hereto are by reference made part of this contract.
