Common use of Contract Validity Clause in Contracts

Contract Validity. 1. If any provision of this Agreement is declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the validity of the remainder of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby. 2. This Agreement is subject to all applicable Federal and State laws. Any rules, regulations or court determinations issued pursuant thereto, which are conflicting with the provisions of this Agreement, will be subject to renegotiation at the request of either party.
