Common use of CONTRACT TIMES Clause in Contracts

CONTRACT TIMES. 3.1 Contractor agrees that the Work will be substantially complete within ninety (90) days and completed and ready for final payment within one hundred and twenty (120) days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. The Contract Times will commence to run on the thirtieth (30th) day after the Effective Date of this Agreement or, if a Notice to Proceed is given, on the day indicated in the Notice to Proceed.
