Contract Terms and Structure. This Contract is comprised of the terms and conditions set forth in the body of the Contract as supplemented by the Appendices attached hereto, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. Appendix 1 sets forth the Statement of Work and Technical Specifications (hereinafter “SOW”). Appendix 2 sets forth additional terms and conditions required by prime contracts between AURA and one or more federal agencies.

  • CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS This section sets forth the terms and conditions of the Contract.

  • Standard Terms and Conditions Executive expressly understands and acknowledges that the Standard Terms and Conditions attached hereto are incorporated herein by reference, deemed a part of this Agreement and are binding and enforceable provisions of this Agreement. References to “this Agreement” or the use of the term “hereof” shall refer to this Agreement and the Standard Terms and Conditions attached hereto, taken as a whole.

  • Changes to these Terms and Conditions Reserving the right to change these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change or add to these terms and conditions from time to time for legal, safety or other substantive reasons or in order to assist the proper delivery of education at the School. The School will send you notice of any such modifications prior to the end of the penultimate term before the modifications are to take effect.

  • Contract Terms The contract term will be one (1) year, effective from date of award. The City and the Supplier shall have the option to renew this contract for an additional two (2) one-year periods. The contract shall commence upon the issuance of a Notice of Award by the City of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and shall automatically renew each year, from the date of award by City Council, unless either party notifies the other prior to the scheduled renewal date. At the sole option of the City of ▇▇▇▇▇▇, the contract may be further extended as needed, not to exceed a total of six (6) months.

  • Changes to Terms and Conditions A. The February 2014 version of the DoD FAR Supplement 252.227-7013 and 252.227- 7014 clauses apply to this Order.
