Contract Task Matrix. Throughout all phases, the Parties, the PMT and PIT will perform the specific Contract Tasks designated as their responsibility pursuant to the Task Matrix set forth in Exhibit C. The PMT will administer performance of the specific Contract Tasks by continuously: 7.1.1 Developing management protocols and monitoring compliance with the management protocols; 7.1.2 Evaluating progress toward the achievement of the Project Objective; 7.1.3 Providing directions, approvals and decision making needed to achieve the Project Objective; and 7.1.4 Actively promoting an environment of cooperation, collaboration and mutual respect in furthering the best interests of the Project.

  • Contract Task Order A- E shall be assigned work via a task order by COUNTY which shall subsequently be referred to as the “Contract Task Order” (hereinafter “CTO”). A CTO for each project shall be developed by A-E in conjunction with COUNTY Project Management staff. The County Project Manager shall manage all A-E’s work including monitoring the CTO work schedule, quality of deliverables, review of invoiced amounts, adherence to set budget, and internal review of submittal packages. A-E shall follow all requirements as outlined in the CTO; this general Scope of Work, the project specific Scope Statement, and the Architect-Engineer Guide (Rev July 2018). The CTO shall include a detailed Scope Statement, describing tasks to be performed with a specific list of deliverables for each task, schedule of work and cost to complete the work. The schedule of work shall allow enough time for meetings with County Management staff to review the work progress, provide technical and policy direction, resolve problems and ensure adherence to the work completion schedule. The CTO shall include a cover sheet provided by County Project Management staff with the appropriate signature blocks and contract information. Once both Parties agree, and all Parties have signed the CTO, County Management staff shall provide A-E with a Notice to Proceed (NTP) to begin work. A-E shall submit all plans, reports and other documents produced under the CTO to the assigned County Project Manager within the timeframe indicated in the CTO or as directed by County Project Management staff.

  • Contract Schedule The information set forth in the Contract Schedule is true and correct.

  • Contract Goals A. For purposes of this procurement, OGS conducted a comprehensive search and determined that the Contract does not offer sufficient opportunities to set goals for participation by MWBEs as subcontractors, service providers, or suppliers to Contractor. Contractor is, however, encouraged to make every good faith effort to promote and assist the participation of MWBEs on this Contract for the provision of services and materials. The directory of New York State Certified MWBEs can be viewed at: ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/FrontEnd/VendorSearchPublic.asp?TN=ny&XID=2528. Additionally, following Contract execution, Contractor is encouraged to contact the Division of Minority and Women’s Business Development ((▇▇▇) ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇; (▇▇▇) ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇; or (▇▇▇) ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇) to discuss additional methods of maximizing participation by MWBEs on the Contract. B. Good Faith Efforts Pursuant to 5 NYCRR § 142.8, evidence of good faith efforts shall include, but not be limited to, the following: 1. A list of the general circulation, trade, and MWBE-oriented publications and dates of publications in which the Contractor solicited the participation of certified MWBEs as subcontractors/suppliers, copies of such solicitations, and any responses thereto. 2. A list of the certified MWBEs appearing in the Empire State Development (“ESD”) MWBE directory that were solicited for this Contract. Provide proof of dates or copies of the solicitations and copies of the responses made by the certified MWBEs. Describe specific reasons that responding certified MWBEs were not selected. 3. Descriptions of the Contract documents/plans/specifications made available to certified MWBEs by the Contractor when soliciting their participation and steps taken to structure the scope of work for the purpose of subcontracting with, or obtaining supplies from, certified MWBEs. 4. A description of the negotiations between the Contractor and certified MWBEs for the purposes of complying with the MWBE goals of this Contract. 5. Dates of any pre-bid, pre-award, or other meetings attended by Contractor, if any, scheduled by OGS with certified MWBEs whom OGS determined were capable of fulfilling the MWBE goals set in the Contract. 6. Other information deemed relevant to the request.

  • Contract Type Full time equivalency (FTE); and,

  • CONTRACT SCOPE Pursuant to this Contract, Contractor is authorized to sell and provide only those Goods and/or Services set forth in Exhibit A – Included Goods/Services for the prices set forth in Exhibit B – Prices for Goods/Services. Contractor shall not represent to any Purchaser under this Contract that Contractor has contractual authority to sell or provide any Goods and/or Services beyond those set forth in Exhibit A – Included Goods/Services.
