Contract Targets. 2.9.1 The Contractor is required to meet the following Contract Targets in respect of each Contract Year: a) Contract Target SC2i: the Contract Recycling Target, as described in paragraph 4.2 of this Specification; b) Contract Target SC2ii: the Residual Waste Tonnage Target, as described in paragraph 4.2 of this Specification; c) Contract Target SC2iii: the Food Waste Maximum Tonnage, as described in paragraph 4.2 of this Specification; d) Contract Target SC2a1: the Reported Missed Collection Target, as described in paragraph 4.3.5 of this Specification; e) Contract Target SC2b1: the Essex Residual Waste Tonnage Target, as described in paragraph 4.4.17 of this Specification; f) Contract Target SC3a1: the Street Cleansing Target, as described in paragraph 5.1.9 of this Specification; g) Contract Target SC1i1: the Complaints Target, as described in paragraph 3.10.4 of this Specification; h) Contract Target SC1i2: the Customer Satisfaction Target, as described in paragraph 3.10.5 of this Specification; i) Contract Target SC1e1: the Contract GHG Target, as described in paragraph 3.6.2 of this Specification.
