Contract Support. All Contract Support Services to be ---------------- provided by one Party to the other Party, shall be performed pursuant to Work Releases issued pursuant to the terms of the Intercompany Services Agreement and containing the commercial terms and conditions set forth in Exhibit D, and in the case of government projects, in Exhibit F. --------- ---------
Contract Support. This task covers work by TSI to update Standard Operating Procedure manuals for use in day-to-day operations and to provide necessary training. CTRMA shall review and approve proposed training procedures. TSI shall provide materials to CTRMA documenting the training of personnel. This task also includes proactively assisting CTRMA in minimizing the impact of construction, maintenance, and other activities on the motoring public.
Contract Support. 9.1 CNTW must ensure that adequate resources, expertise and personnel are available to perform the requirements contained in this specification.
9.2 Both parties shall comply with all reasonable requests from the other party for information, data and other assistance to enable each to undertake their strategic reporting responsibilities.
9.3 CNTW must inform XXX, in writing, of any proposed changes to the specification of the service being supplied against the contract. Notification of any such proposals shall be made at least one month prior to the proposed date of any changes.
Contract Support. Upon mutual agreement in writing between Licensee and MICROSURVEY, or between Licensee and one of MICROSURVEY’S authorized reseller’s, MICROSURVEY will provide contracted support services to Licensee as may be agreed upon and related to the Software.
