Contract Specific Goals. The Subrecipient shall comply with contract specific goals as specified in Project Grant Agreements. When contract specific goals are established, the Subrecipient shall only award a contract to a bidder or offeror who makes adequate good-faith efforts to meet the contract specific goal stated in the Project Grant Agreement.
