Contract Specific Goals. The Subrecipient shall comply with contract specific goals as specified in Project Grant Agreements. When contract specific goals are established, the Subrecipient shall only award a contract to a bidder or offeror who makes adequate good-faith efforts to meet the contract specific goal stated in the Project Grant Agreement. Contract Specific Goals. The parties agree that the goals are set forth for Construction of, and Professional Services for, the Project as a whole, excluding Specialized Services, and the UG will reasonably agree to different specific goals for specific contracts or portions of contracts to be awarded by Developer, when proposed by Developer, relating to the Construction of the Project, based upon the availability of qualified LBEs and certified MBEs and WBEs to perform the specific scopes of work delineated in Developer's Project Utilization Plan (as described herein).

The negotiated and established goals of the Contract Specific Plan will be incorporated into this Master Plan by this reference, upon signature of the parties, and will not require contract modification. The proposed goals shall be based upon an established percentage of estimated commercial purchases, which will be derived from the current fiscal year budget. Goals for the utilization of SB, VOSB, SDB, HUB, and WOSB subcontractors shall be expressed in both dollars and percentages for total planned dollars to be subcontracted; total dollars planned to be subcontracted to SB; total dollars planned to be subcontracted to VOSB, total dollars planned to be subcontracted to HUB; total dollars to be subcontracted to SDB; and total dollars planned to be subcontracted to WOSB concerns, unless otherwise required by the Contracting Officer buyer.   • Project Specific Milestones In addition to the milestones stated in Section 212.5 of the Tariff, as applicable, during the term of this ISA, Interconnection Customer shall ensure that it meets each of the following development milestones:
