Contract Specific Goals Clause Samples

The 'Contract Specific Goals' clause defines the particular objectives or outcomes that the parties intend to achieve through the agreement. This clause typically outlines measurable targets, deliverables, or milestones that must be met during the contract's term, such as project completion dates, quality standards, or performance metrics. By clearly stating these goals, the clause ensures both parties have a mutual understanding of expectations, reducing ambiguity and helping to prevent disputes over whether contractual obligations have been fulfilled.
