CONTRACT SCOPE AND INTENT. .1 The intent of this Contract is for the Property Manager to provide Total Property Management services including labour, materials and equipment, for all buildings and related equipment, parking areas and grounds. .2 The Prequalification Information and Management Plan (Management Plan) provided by the Property Manager forms part of the contract. The Property Manager shall ensure that service is delivered and maintained for the duration of the Contract term based on the information and Management Plan provided. In the event of a conflict between the Management Plan and the Terms of Contract, the Terms of Contract shall prevail. The Property Manager is in default of Contract should any element, in whole or in part, of the Management Plan, fail to be delivered as agreed. .3 The Minister and the Property Manager acknowledge the need for the parties to work cooperatively. The Property Manager shall have complete control of the Work and shall operate, maintain and represent the Property in a faithful, diligent and honest manner, performing all related functions with due regard to the intended use of the Property. .4 The Property Manager shall support the Minister and the User in the delivery of broader government objectives. In doing so the Property Manager shall: .1 ensure that all activities are well planned and effectively carried out, .2 interact with the User, the Minister, the public and Subcontractors in a professional manner, .3 ensure a high level of ongoing User satisfaction, .4 ensure the integrity of the physical assets are preserved, .5 deliver services in a high quality, cost effective manner, and
