Contract Requirement. The proposing consultant to whom award is made (Consultant) shall negotiate and execute a written contract with the City within thirty (30) calendar days after notice of the award has been sent by mail to it at the address given in its proposal. The contract shall be made in substantially the form adopted by the City and incorporated in these specifications.
