Common use of Contract Representative Clause in Contracts

Contract Representative. 1.1 The Contractor shall within one month after acceptance by the Council of its tender given written notice to the Contract Administrator of the identity of the person appointed as the Contract Manager and shall forthwith give notice of any subsequent appointments. 1.2 The Contractor shall inform the Contract Administrator of the identity of the person authorised to act for any period as Deputy for the Contract Manager before the start of that period. 1.3 The Contract Manager shall inform the Contract Administrator promptly and in writing of any instances of activity or omission on the part of the Council which prevents or hinders or may prevent or hinder the contractor from meeting his contractual obligations.
