Contract Renewal Process Sample Clauses

The Contract Renewal Process clause outlines the procedures and conditions under which an existing contract may be extended beyond its original term. Typically, this clause specifies the notice period required for renewal, any changes to terms or pricing that may apply upon renewal, and the method by which both parties must communicate their intent to renew. Its core practical function is to provide a clear and predictable framework for continuing the business relationship, thereby preventing misunderstandings or lapses in service due to unclear renewal terms.
