Common use of Contract Reactivation Clause in Contracts

Contract Reactivation. A person who has allowed their Contract to be cancelled because they did not respond to an assignment notification or because they declined an assignment (typically for the purpose of receiving a new assignment) is eligible to reactivate the Contract provided that they meet other eligibility requirements of University Housing. For reactivation, Resident agrees to pay a $50 reactivation fee.

Contract Reactivation. A person who has allowed their Contract to be cancelled because they did not respond to an assignment notification or because they declined an assignment (typically for the purpose of receiving a new assignment) is eligible to reactivate the Contract provided that they meet other eligibility requirements of University Housing. Reactivations will be accepted until UHRL has reached contract capacity. For reactivation, Resident agrees to pay a $50 reactivation feefee and to pay a new Spring Prepayment of $140 (if the Spring Prepayment was previously refunded to the Resident’s account).
